About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced M365 Collaboration Consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and managing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.

The role requires strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Planner.

The ideal candidate should have experience building automated workflows, developing custom applications, and delivering analytics solutions to support business processes.

Responsibilities :

SharePoint & SharePoint Online Administration :

- Design, implement, and manage SharePoint sites and collaboration solutions.

- Migrate on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.

- Customize SharePoint solutions as per business requirements.

- Manage permissions, site collections, and content lifecycle.

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) :

- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Design and build business applications using Power Apps.

- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Microsoft Teams, OneDrive & Planner :

- Configure and administer Microsoft Teams for collaboration.

- Manage OneDrive for Business storage and sharing.

- Support task and project tracking using Planner.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow development.

- Experience developing applications using Power Apps.

- Strong knowledge of Power BI reporting and dashboards.

- Experience administering Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Planner.

- Knowledge of SharePoint migration from on-premises to cloud.

- Familiarity with governance best practices for Microsoft 365 tools.

- Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems.

- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Ability to prepare technical documentation and user guides.

- Flexibility to work in 245 shift model when required.
