Description :

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager SAP FICO to lead and manage complex financial system integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO, API and Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations, and banking/financial system integrations, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise platforms and driving successful integration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end integration design, development, and delivery for SAP FICOcentric systems

- Manage and oversee API and H2H integrations between SAP and external banking and financial platforms

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with internal and external systems, maintaining data accuracy and compliance

- Collaborate with finance, IT, banking partners, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and define integration strategies

- Provide technical and functional guidance on banking, payments, reconciliation, and financial data flows

- Drive integration governance, standards, documentation, and best practices

- Identify and mitigate integration risks and resolve complex issues in a timely manner

- Lead and mentor integration and technical teams, ensuring high performance and delivery quality

- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO and financial system integrations

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO modules

- Proven experience with API-based and Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations

- Strong understanding of banking and financial system integrations

- Experience integrating SAP with external payment gateways, banks, and financial platforms

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
