Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Manager to drive solutioning, client engagement, and deal conversion for LUMIQ's data, analytics, and AI-led offerings. This role will act as a critical bridge between sales, product, and delivery teams, ensuring compelling value propositions for enterprise clients especially in the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with sales teams to shape and win large, complex deals across data analytics, AI, and decision intelligence solutions.
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Translate client business challenges into scalable technology solutions leveraging LUMIQ's offerings.
- Create customized proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution documents with strong value articulation.
- Engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive consultative selling.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in pre-sales / solution consulting within IT services or analytics organizations.
- Strong experience in data analytics, AI/ML, data engineering, or decision intelligence platforms.
- Proven track record of supporting large deal closures and enterprise sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Strong understanding of BFSI domain (banking, financial services, insurance) is highly preferred.
- Ability to engage with technical architects and business stakeholders seamlessly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate ROI-driven solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with AI/ML, data engineering, or analytics-driven solutions.
- Prior exposure to BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain.
- Familiarity with global bidding standards and compliance frameworks.
