About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP operations, drive system implementation, integration, and process optimization, ensuring business continuity and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, deep SAP expertise, and the ability to manage high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, manage, and oversee the entire SAP program lifecycle from planning to execution.

- Manage and support SAP Business One (B1) and related SAP modules.

- Drive SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process automation and optimization.

- Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and security across all SAP modules.

- Monitor SAP system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.

- Provide user training, documentation, and continuous support to internal stakeholders.

- Align SAP capabilities with organizational goals to support digital transformation initiatives.

- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners for project success.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in SAP Business One and relevant SAP ERP modules.

- Proven experience in SAP implementation, integration, and program management.

- Solid understanding of business processes in the manufacturing domain.

- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

- Knowledge of data migration, reporting tools, and SAP analytics.

- Strong understanding of system compliance, IT governance, and security protocols.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
