We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Informatica MDM and Enterprise Data Management to lead complex, global data initiatives.

This role involves end-to-end project delivery across MDM, Data Quality, and Data Governance programs - collaborating closely with clients, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead multiple Informatica MDM implementation and migration projects (on-prem and IDMC Cloud).

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.

- Manage project execution, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

- Coordinate with solution architects, data modelers, and engineering teams for successful delivery.

- Oversee data integration, quality, and governance streams (EDC, Axon, IDQ, CDQ).

- Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release cycles using Agile/Scrum.

- Track KPIs, SLAs, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

- Present regular project status reports and dashboards to leadership and clients.

- Mentor junior PMs and business analysts within the Data Management practice.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years managing MDM or data-centric projects.

- Strong hands-on understanding of Informatica MDM (Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360) and IDMC Cloud.

- Familiarity with EDC, Axon, IDQ, CDQ, and data governance frameworks.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery (from requirement gathering to post-go-live).

- Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Snowflake, Azure/AWS data platforms, or Salesforce Data Cloud integrations.

- Understanding of Master Data Governance and DataOps automation.
