Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ETL Testing and Informatica MDM Testing.

You will work closely with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure high-quality data solutions are delivered for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL and MDM implementations.

- Validate data transformations, data integrity, and data quality across source and target systems.

- Perform end-to-end MDM testing including Base Object (BO), cross-references, match-merge, survivorship, and hierarchy validations.

- Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) for MDM services.

- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure defect resolution.

- Work with the development team to debug and improve data pipelines and mappings.

- Automate data validation and regression testing using tools or scripting as needed.

- Maintain traceability between business requirements and test cases.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in ETL Testing using Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS CDI).

- Strong experience in Informatica MDM Testing (On-Prem or SaaS preferred).

- Hands-on experience with SQL and writing complex queries for data validation.

- Good understanding of MDM Concepts match rules, trust, survivorship, SIF APIs.

- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.

- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good To Have :

- Experience with Cloud MDM SaaS, IDQ, or CDQ.

- Basic scripting (Shell, Python) for test automation.

- Knowledge of data governance and data profiling tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
