Role Overview :

You will be part of a talented engineering team working on enterprise analytics products, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to build seamless user interfaces and compelling data visualization experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations using React-based libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js, or similar).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Backend) to deliver pixel-perfect, intuitive user experiences.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Optimize application performance, rendering, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.

- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.

Must-Have Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.

- Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and front-end performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).

- Proficiency in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and modern UI frameworks.

- Good understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling.

- Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

- Prior experience in product-based companies or building enterprise-scale applications.

- Exposure to Micro Frontends and component libraries (e.g., Storybook).

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
