Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Java Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Java and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, cloud-native development, and distributed systems. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications following industry best practices.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.

- Implement security, scalability, and reliability best practices in application development.

- Work with databases for schema design, query optimization, and data management.

- Develop automated unit and integration tests.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java 8/11/17.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

- Expertise in Microservices Architecture.

- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.

- Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Understanding of Design Patterns, OOP principles, and Data Structures.

- Experience with Git, Maven, and Gradle.

- Knowledge of JUnit and automated testing frameworks.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

- Knowledge of API Gateway, Service Discovery, and Distributed Tracing.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Understanding of monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
