Power Platform Developer

Primary Skill : Power Apps+ Power Automate+ Dataverse + Canvas

Experience : 8+ yrs in IT.

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Power Platform.

- Experience with at least 3 to 5 implementation projects as Architect/Lead/Senior Developer

- A deep understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio

- Expertise in designing highly complex and scalable solutions on Power Platform.

- Worked on designing the Power Apps architecture, Database designs, complex UI designs on canvas application, critical Power Automate workflows and approvals.

- Proficiency in developing custom applications using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.

- Strong work experience on Dataverse

- Advanced hands-on experience of building automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Development knowledge on custom connectors

- Development knowledge on PCF Controls for both canvas and model driven apps

- Development knowledge on customization of Views/forms using JavaScript

- Experience in Power BI and Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

- knowledge on Power Platform Environment strategy

- Experience with API or rest services integrations Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.

- Knowledge on Power Pages

- Knowledge on Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines

- Experience in mentoring and training junior staff. If Individual Contributor then

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications is an added advantage (e.g. PL-600, PL-400).
