As an Associate Principal AI/ML Architect at LTIMindtree, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic Systems, and GPU-optimized architectures.

This role demands deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to drive innovation across enterprise-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deliver end-to-end GenAI workflows, including data curation, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment

- Build Agentic Systems and implement guardrails for responsible AI

- Apply advanced performance tuning techniques for LLM pipelines, optimizing GPU memory utilization, harnessing GPU parallelism, and driving cost efficiency

- Lead SLM/LLM fine-tuning strategies : SFT, PEFT, LoRA, RLHF

- Integrate MLOps frameworks for scalable AI deployments

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI architecture with business objectives

- Mentor teams and ensure adherence to best practices in AI/ML engineering

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 12- 15 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Deep Learning domains

- Proven experience in building Agentic Systems and end-to-end GenAI workflows

- Architectural expertise with GPU-aware optimization

- Demonstrated proficiency in NVIDIA NeMo for GenAI lifecycle management

- Exposure to GenAI frameworks : LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, NeMo Agent Toolkit, NAT

- Strong understanding of DL & GenAI algorithms : Transformers, CNN, RNN, etc.

- Experience with NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multimodal Models like GPT, LLaMa, Mistral, Qwen, Nemotron

- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Expertise in Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps frameworks

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Certifications (Preferred) : NVIDIA Certified Associate/Professional on GenAI
