Loopio - Senior Product Designer - Human Computer Interaction

Product UX Designer, YOU WILL :

- Collaborate with agile development teams and other stakeholders to deliver products and features that deliver value to both our customers and our business.

- Facilitate design workshops to ideate on solutions that will create intuitive user experiences and eliminate customer pain points.

- Work with agile development teams to create product designs including creating personas, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and other design artifacts as needed.

- Follow the design standards to provide design consistency across our product portfolio and help maintain those design standards as needed.

- Actively seek feedback from end users about product designs and use that feedback to improve the designs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

- Bachelors degree in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics

- Proven track record of designing solutions that address user needs.

- Experience with diverse design teams that design successful products, as well as cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

- A design portfolio demonstrating command of a holistic design process and the ability to create design artifacts because of that process.

- Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

- Track record of applying design thinking to product development.

- Experience in designing products that integrate software on multiple platforms with proprietary hardware.
