Description :

Purpose

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user insights into engaging interfaces that delight users and meet business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.

- Perform usability assessment of existing applications and recommend improvements.

- Create personas, user flows, and journey maps.

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.

- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and branding across platforms, in alignment with the companys branding guidelines.

- Work closely with developers, product managers, marketing and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Required Skills :

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with design systems and component libraries.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

- Domain knowledge in US Healthcare industry
