The Role :

The Senior Workato Developer, will work as part of the Digital Growth Solutions team focussing on design, develop, and maintain integrations across multiple platforms using Workato.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into scalable, automated workflows.

As a Senior Workato Developer at Logitech, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation excellence across our enterprise landscape.

- Architect and Deliver Impactful Integrations : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust Workato recipes and end-to-end integrations, streamlining critical business processes across platforms such as CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.

- Quality Assurance & Reliability : Develop comprehensive test plans, execute validations against requirements, and ensure seamless, secure, and high-performing data flows.

- Employ proactive monitoring and timely troubleshooting to resolve escalated business process and integration issues.

- Collaboration & Requirement Analysis : Partner with cross-functional teams and business users to gather, analyze, and translate integration needs into scalable solutions, while delivering tailored automation that exceeds stakeholder expectations.

- Continuous Performance Optimization : Monitor integrations using Workatos analytics and alerting features, identify optimization opportunities, and implement best practices for error handling, data security (including TLS and OAuth 2.0), and performance tuning.

- Technical Innovation & Support : Manage API integrations, design custom connectors using Workato SDK, and develop reusable frameworks to enhance maintainability and scalability. Stay ahead of platform upgrades and industry advancements, sharing knowledge with peers and clients.

- Documentation & Training : Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation of workflows, data flows, and specifications. Provide support and training to stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and ongoing value from automation solutions.

- Agility & Ownership : Thrive in an Agile environment, confidently handling multiple projects, making decisive contributions, and taking ownership to deliver results that drive change and exceed customer needs.

Key Qualifications :

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team :

- 8+ years experience in IT industry.

- 7+ years of proven experience as a Workato Developer or in a similar integration development role.

- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services.

- Expertise in building complex workflows and automations in Workato.

- Experience with Workato SDK, custom connectors, and API integrations.

- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.

- Knowledge of mTLS, OAuth 2.0, and secure authentication practices.

- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV, and their transformations.

- Hands-on experience with at least one integration platform such as Salesforce, Zendesk, E-commerce, or other SaaS applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
