Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide our engineering team, drive technical decision-making, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
This role requires both strong leadership and hands-on coding expertise, with a focus on modern JavaScript, React.js, and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

- Take hands-on ownership of complex coding tasks in JavaScript and functional programming.

- Drive architecture and design discussions for scalable and efficient solutions.

- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) to ensure smooth deployment cycles.

- Manage Git repositories including branching strategies, pull requests, merges, and conflict resolution.

- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain best practices across the team.

- Integrate React.js components with WebSockets for real-time functionality.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient database interactions.

- Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor.ai) to improve productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to align on project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and functional programming concepts.

- Expertise in React.js and WebSocket integration.

- Hands-on experience with SQL databases and query optimization.

- Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.

- Deep understanding of Git workflows and repository management.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor.ai or similar).

- Ability to mentor engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and uphold coding standards.
