LOGIC ERP - Senior Implementation Consultant - ERP Solutions

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client business processes, map requirements, and provide tailored ERP solutions using LOGIC ERP Product Suites or equivalent platforms.

- Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions and perform gap analysis to identify functional and technical needs.

- Configure ERP modules based on business requirements and coordinate with senior product experts for complex configurations.

- Ensure smooth implementation and deployment of the ERP Product Suite in line with the firm's standard methodologies.

- Deliver end-user training, prepare training manuals, and provide post-implementation support to clients.

- Assist clients with data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and final go-live support.

- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Travel to client sites for on-ground implementation, support, and relationship management.

Preferred ERP Experience :

Candidates with prior implementation experience in one or more of the following ERPs will be preferred :

- Procurement & Inventory Management

- Sales & Distribution

- E-commerce & Omni-Channel Integration

- Distributor Management Systems (DMS)

Technical Skills Required :

- MS SQL (queries, stored procedures, data analysis)

- API Integrations (REST/SOAP)

- Basic scripting or configuration-level programming is a plus
