Role Summary :

The ServiceNow Specialist II (Developer) serves as a critical bridge between client business requirements and the ServiceNow platform's technical capabilities. This role is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead discovery workshops to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-driven ServiceNow designs and user stories.

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and GRC.

- Architect and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

- Develop and execute unit tests, system tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Support CMDB design, data modeling, and governance practices.

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing technical guidance and platform best practices.

Tech Stack :

- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, UI Builder, Service Portal, CMDB, CSDM, Integration Hub, MID Server, ATF.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications.

- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

- Experience with Jira, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong communicator with excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
