Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Azure cloud environments.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure cloud solutions based on

business requirements.

- Perform routine health checks, monitoring, patch management, and maintenance activities for Azure infrastructure.

- Ensure cloud infrastructure security, compliance, availability, and data integrity.

- Optimize Azure resources and services to deliver cost-effective and efficient cloud solutions.

- Manage and support Azure core services including Compute, Storage, Networking, Security,

and Identity Management.

- Configure and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Logic Apps, Azure Analytics, and related cloud services.

- Collaborate with L1, L2, and vendor support teams for incident resolution and operational support.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, and business continuity plans.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

- Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure deployments using scripting and DevOps practices.

- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ITIL processes, and industry best practices.

- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, Azure enhancements, and industry trends.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and training to internal teams and end users.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platform and Azure Managed Services.

- Deep understanding of Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, and Identity services.

Hands-on experience with :

1. Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)

2. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

3. Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

4. Azure Logic Apps

5. Azure Monitor

6. Azure Backup & Site Recovery

7. Azure Networking & Load Balancers

8. Azure Security Center

9. Azure Analytics Services

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Active Directory.

- Experience with DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

- Expertise in version control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.

- Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

- Understanding of virtualization technologies and hybrid cloud environments.

- Experience with monitoring tools, incident management, and IT service management frameworks (ITIL).

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Microsoft Azure Certifications such as :

1. Azure Administrator Associate

2. Azure Solutions Architect Expert

3. Azure Security Engineer Associate

4. Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

5. ITIL Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Required :

- 7 - 12 years of experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud Operations, or Enterprise IT Support roles
