Job Description :

This role is a critical addition to our growing Data Science team, focusing on the exciting and nascent field of AI agents. The successful candidate will leverage their academic foundation and technical skills to support the entire lifecycle of agent development, from initial concept to deployment and monitoring. Crucially, they will be expected to rapidly learn the state-of-the-art and proactively surface knowledge we are currently missing, significantly contributing to the maturity of our agent-building capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with senior Data Scientists to design, implement, and deploy AI agents using frameworks like LangChain.

- Focus on evaluating agent performance, identifying failure modes, and implementing iterative improvements, including robust prompt engineering and tool integration.

- Help establish best practices for agent deployment, monitoring, and scaling in a production environment, documenting all findings and emerging knowledge.

- Act as an internal resource to research and highlight current best practices, tooling, and critical knowledge gaps in the field of intelligent agent construction.

Requirements :

- A recent graduate or professional with 2- 3 years of experience, ideally holding a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Must have strong foundational skills in Python programming, familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), and experience with a core data science stack (e. g., pandas, scikit-learn).

- Demonstrated passion for applied AI, evidenced by personal projects or academic work involving LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or agentic systems.

- A curious, proactive individual who is eager to learn, challenge current assumptions, iterate fast, and make incremental progress that compounds.
