Role Description :

We are seeking a Sr. JavaScript Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The role involves developing responsive, high-performance user-facing applications, optimizing code quality, and collaborating with designers and backend teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. The developer will be responsible for building robust front-end features, integrating APIs, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous product improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-quality web applications using JavaScript and React.js

- Build reusable components, enhance UI/UX, and implement modern front-end functionalities

- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support application workflows

- Optimize performance, page load time, and overall user experience across devices

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, backend, and product

- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and version control

- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements

- Support the deployment process and contribute to continuous integration efforts

- Maintain proper documentation for features, components, and enhancements

Required Skillsets :

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js

- Proficiency in modern front-end development practices, UI frameworks, and component-based architecture

- Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API

- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

- Ability to integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous operations

- Experience with debugging tools, performance tuning, and browser dev tools

- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and clean coding mindset

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- 1- 5 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js and JavaScript
