- Review, assess and document application, infrastructure and middleware platform service levels requirements, document failure and recovery scenarios, performance against design and expectations

- Flexibility to work in shifts. Excellent communication skills

- Coordination with the Application Development, Infrastructure Engineering, Production Support as needed. Support triage for escalated issues and on call rotation.
