Role :

Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

You will lead a team of AI engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive innovation in machine learning, deep learning, and large language model applications.

This role demands a strong foundation in AI technologies, hands-on experience in production-grade model deployment, and a strategic mindset to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Core Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable machine learning and deep learning models from scratch.

- Lead the development of information retrieval systems and relevance engineering solutions.

- Design and deploy predictive models using advanced ML frameworks.

- Transform ML models into robust APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.

- Guide the team in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector-based search systems.

- Mentor and train AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in model development, testing, and deployment.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including LLMs, knowledge graphs, and generative AI.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging tools and frameworks such as LangChain and similar technologies.

- Lead experimentation and prototyping of new AI capabilities to enhance product features.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Python and SQL

- Advanced expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning, and LLMs

- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar frameworks

- Skilled in building and tuning models using RAG, vector databases, and knowledge graphs

- Experience with cloud AI stacks on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

- Familiarity with big data ecosystems : Apache Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB

- Strong grasp of probability, statistics, and linear algebra

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience deploying machine learning models into production

- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on LLMs and information retrieval

- Proven track record of leading AI projects and mentoring technical teams

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
