The Commercial Analyst will become a member of LKQI Business Analytics team, responsible for qualitative enhancement of LKQ Europe business data. The person is expected to continuously identify opportunities for improvements, spot trends, as well as recognize potential data related issues and drive their resolution. The person will closely work with LKQ European Business and IT teams, with primary focus on :

- Data-Driven Decision Making

- Financial & Market Analysis

- Data Interpretation, Reporting and Process Optimization

- Technical Consulting and Stakeholder Collaboration

Essential Job Duties :

The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic data environment with constantly evolving business requirements and would benefit from strong self-organization and mixed financial / business / data analytical background. Previous experiences with BI implementation (as part of business, finance or IT team) in the areas of building dashboards, ad-hoc reports and advanced analytics are mandatory. Also, knowledge of working with Qlik View, Tableau or Power BI is a must.

The main duties and responsibilities of a Commercial Analyst include :

- Learning and fully understanding the data landscape in databases and applications (primarily SQL and Incorta)

- Analyze key account metrics, forecast trends, and provide insights using IT tools to optimize account strategies.

- Implement automation tools to streamline account management processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.

- Gathering end-user reporting and dashboard requirements from various cross-functional and regional teams. Frequent interaction with these teams expected.

- Regular data status sharing across the organization.

- Develop documentation on existing or new reports and models.

The position will work with a variety of functional and IT roles, primarily located in LKQ Europe and LKQ India. The individual must possess strong communication and analytical skills so that he/she can interact effectively with different Competency Centers to evaluate business requirements and advise on appropriate, informative reporting practices and dashboards. Ability to comprehend and translate complex data and technical topics into understandable business language. He/she should perform other duties as assigned.

Education :

Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Science

Experience :

- Strong business acumen.

- 3 - 5 years of experience with data related activities from a complex international environment.

- Experienced in any BI tool (Power BI/ Tableau)

- Experienced in SQL, Python, Statistics, Excel.

- Strong technical and analytical skills together with ability to effectively communicate with various multinational and cross-functional teams.

- Self-starter and result oriented, with fluent English (both verbal and written) and advanced Excel knowledge.

- Ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, to initiate solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Stay abreast of reporting technologies and how they can be applied in changing LKQ environment
