About The Role :

Were seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Implementation Specialist to lead the successful rollout and integration of NetSuite ERP across our finance function.

This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing financial workflows, automating reporting, and supporting commercial planning and audit readiness.

This is a 12-month contract role, with the potential for extension based on project success and evolving business needs.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP, aligning with global finance operations and compliance needs.

- Configure and customise NetSuite modules, scripts, dashboards, roles, and workflows.

- Automate key processes using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other NetSuite tools to enhance efficiency.

- Integrate NetSuite with external platforms including payroll, HRIS, and financial planning tools.

- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders on modules such as audit, FP&A, and commercial forecasting.

- Liaise with third-party vendors and internal tech teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

- Build training materials, process documentation, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications :

- 35 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation.

- Proficiency in SuiteScript and system integrations, with a strong grasp of finance module customisations.

- Deep understanding of financial workflows, including P&L management, audits, and planning cycles.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience in a startup, SaaS, or high-growth tech environment is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Experience with multi-entity NetSuite setups or international subsidiaries.

- Background in audit compliance or working with Big 4 systems (e., Deloitte, PwC).

- Familiarity with adjacent finance tools like Ramp, Dext, Fyle, or Gusto.
