Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

- Ensure consistency across products by defining and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI standards

- Conduct and guide user research, usability testing, and design validation

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders

- Mentor and manage UI/UX designers, providing design direction and feedback

- Review designs for quality, usability, accessibility, and performance

- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

- Ensure designs are technically feasible and align with development timelines

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 23 years in a lead or managerial role

- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions

- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability standards

- Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to balance business goals with user needs
