Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain Debian-based systems for production and development environments

- Manage system packages and dependencies using APT and Debian package management tools

- Develop and optimize deployment workflows and automation scripts using Bash/Shell

- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues networking, permissions, process management

- Integrate Debian environments into CI/CD pipelines and containerized setups

- Implement secure configurations and enforce Debian hardening standards

- Document system setups, package dependencies, and architectural blueprints

Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Debian or Debian-based distributions (Ubuntu, etc.)

- Deep knowledge of APT, repository management, and Debian internals (systemd, file hierarchy, boot process)

- Experience building deployment workflows for software delivery

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD

- Working knowledge of Docker / Podman / Kubernetes for reproducible Debian images

- Strong understanding of secure system administration and package verification

- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
