Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as SME for OpenStack and Linux technologies.

- Handle OpenStack cloud administration : performance tuning, resource management, availability zones, host aggregation, tenant management, and virtual resource allocation.

- Perform Linux administration on physical & virtual servers : OS installation, kernel tuning, LVM & file system management, performance monitoring/optimization, and security management.

- Manage and troubleshoot RHEL (6.x, 7.x, 8.x), Ubuntu, and CentOS systems.

- Operate and troubleshoot CEPH storage operations (OSD delete, recreate, flags management).

- Ensure compliance with ITSM guidelines, SLAs, and operational standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on expertise with OpenStack cloud administration.

- Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).

- Experience with CEPH storage operations.

- Ability to manage performance, resource allocation, and operational SLA adherence.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- 2-4 years of experience in Private Cloud technologies.

- Certifications : Red Hat OpenStack, RHCSA, RHCE.

- Prior experience with cloud infrastructure automation and optimization.
