LIMS Developer

Job Description :

The LIMS developer will be expected to possess hands on exp developing new functionalities in StarLIMS application from Abbott informatics using StarLIMS Scripting language (SSL) and knowledge of SQL & Java script (JS) is a plus.

Candidates with exp working in Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage. He/she will be part of a competitive team and expected to show strong urge to learn new concepts, business workflows and deliver.

Candidates should possess strong work ethics and have a collaborative mind set.

Skills :

- Understand the development needs of the business units and establish a positive, service-oriented relationship by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of application systems.

- Learn the business and develop a solid understanding of the business functions and processes and implement solutions based on that understanding

- Knowledge and work experience on STARLIMS XFD and HTML framework.

- Knowledge and work experience on Labvantage and SampleManager would be added advantage

- Knowledge and work experience on STARLIMS_DATA and STARLIMS_DICT framework.

- Experience in STARLIMS installation & configuration restoration of DB executing the upgrade package.

- SQL Knowledge is a plus

- Knowledge of Java Script is a plus

Requirements :

- At least 3-5 years proven experience of development in StarLIMS application using SSL (StarLIMS Scripting language).

- Working exp. in Oil & Gas industry is a big plus
