Position Overview :

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will be responsible for building and enhancing the testing infrastructure, driving automation, and ensuring product quality at scale.

Youll define and implement automation frameworks, execute regression suites, and validate non-functional requirements in collaboration with architects and development leaders.

By reproducing complex scenarios, analyzing live site feedback, and improving test coverage, you will play a key role in strengthening our testing culture and delivering a reliable, high-performing product in the e-commerce data marketing automation space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement testing infrastructure and automation framework needs.

- Drive improvements in test coverage based on live site feedback and characterization of patterns of issues in the product.

- Ensure the best automation and quality engineering practices are adopted and followed across the organization.

- Build and execute regression suites.

- Be hands-on with technology stack, test automation frameworks and tools used by the team and can lead by example.

- Work closely with architects and peer leaders in development to validate nonfunctional requirements of the product at scale

- Build and enhance testing infrastructure enabling unit, system, integration and load testing execution.

- Follow the strong testing culture in the organization.

- Work with the engineering and support teams to reproduce complex scenarios reported by customers.

- Develop subject matter expertise in product, technology and business in the domain of ecommerce data marketing automation.

What we are looking for :

- Have worked or developing tools or frameworks to test complex micro-services, client applications and systems at scale

- Are working or testing with distributed architecture

- Have the experience in industry best practices in development processes.

- Have the ability to make decisions independently

- Have the ability to communicate and manage stakeholders effectively

- Aspire to grow as a lead engineer in a product-based company

- Good to have cloud knowledge

- Good to have Measurement platforms knowledge

Experience :

- Have experience of 3+ years in Manual Testing and 2+ years in Automation Testing and 3-5 years of overall experience.
