Role Overview :
We're looking for a Product Manager to own, optimize, and elevate the end-to-end post-purchase customer journey, including order fulfillment, tracking, returns, cancellations, and exchanges within a healthcare and wellbeing e-commerce experience. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions, personalized post-purchase experiences, and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the entire consumer journey, from login to order placement to customer service
- Develop the consumer app strategy and translate it into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
- Articulate business and customer problems, ask the right questions and independently arrive at solutions in a structured and self-sufficient manner. Strong problem-solving skills are a must.
- Write clear and comprehensive PRDs to align business, design and engineering teams. Be extremely organized to ensure that the project is on track.
- Deeply understand customer pain points to design solutions that create a seamless and delightful experience.
- Define the MVP to validate hypotheses and use insights to evolve features into sustainable product solutions.
- Act as the bridge between the customers, business and tech, translating requirements into detailed user stories and product specs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial strategy, sales, design, engineering and data teams to deliver key initiatives.
- Demand & Supply Shaping : Build frameworks for demand stimulation (e.g., promos, pricing) and supply activation (e.g., shift planning, guarantees).
- Collaborate with vertical teams to ensure marketplace strategies align with business and experience goals.
- Experimentation & Data Science Integration : Design and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses across incentive, pricing, and routing domains.
- Translate complex analytical insights into actionable product strategy; partner closely with Data Science to embed models into real-time systems.
- Leverage ML-driven approaches for prediction, dynamic decisioning, and optimization at scale.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Align product, engineering, analytics, and operations around a unified Marketplace Health roadmap.
- Represent marketplace trade-offs in leadership discussions, balancing growth, customer experience, and profitability.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, transparency, and impact measurement within the squad.
- Drive continuous product discovery, defining MVPs, running design sprints, and validating customer feedback throughout the lifecycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring insights and feedback shape every stage; from problem definition to release, and iterating for maximum impact.
- Apply a strong experimentation mindset to identify and validate new commercial and monetization opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (5 +years) in product management with a focus on fulfillment, E-com, pre-purchase and post purchase journeys.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to handle ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent observational and analytical abilities to understand and optimize the customer journey.
- Proven track record in balancing customer-centric product management with business objectives.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects while meeting deadlines.
