- 3+ years designing and building AI and agent systems leveraging frameworks like LangChain, Auto Gen, etc.

- Hands on experience in AI research, intelligent automation, model evaluation, safety testing frameworks, and enforcing AI governance best practices

- Proven LLM integration skills across Open AI, Claude, Gemini, and opensource models

- Proficient in containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and managing cloud based AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Deep technical understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate

- Experience using AI observability and monitoring tools such as LangFuse and Datadog

- Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver intelligent full stack AI applications from prototype to production

- Expertise in building autonomous agents and orchestrating multiagent systems for end to end workflows

- Strong track record of deploying robust, production grade solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure with AI governance, performance testing, and safety validation
