As a DELMIA Quintiq Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining sophisticated optimization models that drive critical business processes. You will work closely with functional consultants and project stakeholders to translate complex supply chain requirements into robust technical solutions. Your daily contributions will directly impact the efficiency of client operations, ensuring that planning systems are scalable, performant, and aligned with evolving business objectives in a fast-paced project environment based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure custom optimization models within the DELMIA Quintiq platform to address specific client planning challenges.

- Utilize Quill scripting to implement business logic, data transformations, and complex algorithms that enhance system functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize model performance for large-scale datasets.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from gathering technical requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.

- Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation to ensure long-term system maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and configuring solutions within the DELMIA Quintiq environment.

- Hands-on experience in writing and debugging complex Quill scripts to automate and refine planning logic.

- Strong analytical capabilities to decompose complex supply chain problems into logical, executable technical models.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to both internal team members and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Pune, maintaining high levels of collaboration and productivity.

- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in software development or technical consulting within the supply chain domain.
