Description :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HRMS projects.
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Oracle HRMS functionalities.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and clarification sessions.
- Support the end-to-end project lifecyclefrom requirement initiation to solution delivery.
- Ensure proper traceability between requirements, solutions, and test cases.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
- Prepare BRDs, process workflows, and other supporting documentation as needed.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 68 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HRMS or ERP implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle HRMS is an added advantage.
