The role demands a strong foundation in software development with prior development experience in similar technical stacks and project types.

Based full-time from the Gurugram office, the incumbent will manage 23 concurrent technical projects, focusing on timely, high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.

Job Summary :

Key responsibilities include managing concurrent technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, translating complex client requirements into clear engineering tasks, and ensuring optimized, scalable, and automated solutions, particularly within large-scale data workflows.

Key Responsibilities and Project Management :

Deliverables :

- Technical Stack and Development Oversight: Leverage a strong foundation in software development and prior development experience in the project's technical stacks. Familiarity is required with technologies such as Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows.

- Requirements Translation: Work closely with clients to gather requirements for process optimization and automation, and accurately translate them into clear, actionable tasks for the engineering team.

- Process Optimization and Data Workflows: Apply Experience in implementing process automation tools and methodologies. Demonstrate a Strong understanding of large-scale data workflows, data ingestion, and process optimization to design efficient automation solutions.

- Team and Task Management: Responsible for creating, assigning, and tracking technical tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations with internal and external stakeholders, including managing stakeholders across engineering and business units.

- Specialized Project Management: Experience managing GIS or location-based software projects is a strong plus, indicating capability with specialized data types and platforms.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, process optimization, or automation within data-intensive environments.

- Technical Background: Prior development experience is essential and a strong foundation in software development.

- Automation/Data: Strong understanding of large-scale data workflows, data ingestion, and process optimization.

- Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

- Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with technologies like Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience managing GIS or location-based software projects.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
