Total Experience : 5 - 8 years

Candidate Requirements :

- BFSI, preferably Lending domain experience.

- Ability to understand production issues, analyze root causes with technical teams, coordinate with development/testing teams, and provide effective business solutions.

- Technology product development/implementation/product migration/portfolio conversion expertise.

- Deep domain knowledge in secured lending products.

- Products could include Lead management, application processing, BRE, LMS, Credit Bureau, Risk, Fraud, MIS.

- Knowledge of API integrations, usage of Postman for integration testing, etc.

- Must have expertise in product Development, Implementation.

- Understanding of workflow / BPMN processes, Data Model.

- Developing/managing SAAS products with API first, Cloud native technologies.

- Working knowledge of API, JSON.

- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Candidate Responsibilities :

- Configure customer onboarding digital journeys on Lentras LOS using workflows.

- Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Value Workshops and Product Demonstrations for Lentra Products.

- Understanding and creating the flow diagram for the loan origination and at various levels.

- Able to identify client's business needs and current practices & ability to cross sell products.

- Gathering business requirements, mapping the requirement with the system, Gap Analysis & building the solution to meet client expectations.

- Preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write User Stories.

- Interaction with Development Teams and Product Teams for solutions & enhancements to be undertaken in the Product as per requirement from different customers and competitor offerings.

- Will be working in Agile Methodology.

- Excellent relationship management skills & customer orientation approach.
