Your Mission :

Lead the tech vision. Build world-class systems. Integrate cutting-edge AI into legal workflows. Grow and inspire a high-performance engineering team that ships fast and ships smart.

What You'll Do :

- Own the technology roadmap aligned with company goals.

- Architect scalable, secure, high-performance systems for legal tech.

- Lead development across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

- Drive AI innovation with LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG-based systems.

- Build and mentor a top-tier engineering team.

- Implement best practices in Agile, CI/CD, security, and compliance.

Good to Have :

- Proven full-stack expertise (frontend, backend, databases, cloud).

- Proficiency in multiple languages such as JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, C++, Ruby, PHP, SQL/NoSQL.

- Deep AI/ML expertise (such as) : TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Claude, HuggingFace, CrewAI, LangFlow, LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, FAISS, etc.

- Strong architecture & system design skills.

- Track record of building & scaling teams.
