We are seeking a passionate and experienced UX Lead Designer to join our growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience (UX) of our mobile and web applications.

You will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into innovative, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs.

As a leader, you will inspire, guide, and mentor other designers to ensure a consistent and exceptional user experience across all our products.

Responsibilities :

UX Strategy and Design Vision :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.

- Develop a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns user needs with business objectives.

- Conduct user research and define user personas to inform design decisions.

- Stay informed about emerging design trends and ensure their integration into the design direction.

User-Centered Design Process :

- Lead the design process from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, including user flows, wireframes, and mockups.

- Design user interfaces (UIs) that are minimalistic, intuitive, and emotionally engaging.

- Address usability concerns and create designs that are accessible to all users.

- Understand and communicate technology constraints to ensure design feasibility.

Collaboration and Leadership :

- Foster a collaborative design environment by providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

- Effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders, developers, and clients.

- Present design concepts and prototypes with clarity and passion, obtaining buy-in and approvals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management) to ensure seamless integration of UX into the development process.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.

- Proven track record of leading and executing successful UX projects from ideation to implementation.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of engaging UX experiences across mobile, web, or print media.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design concepts clearly both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire junior designers.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies (e. , user research, user testing, persona development).

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Experience designing for various platforms, including mobile applications, web applications, and custom products (a plus)
