Seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer with over 4 years of experience to join our growing design team in Bangalore.

In this role, youll work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to craft seamless and user-centric digital experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

- Advocate for design best practices and user-centered design principles.

- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with responsive web and mobile design.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.

- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Prior experience in a startup or GCC environment.
