About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Unqork Developer to design, develop, and implement low-code/no-code enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Unqork with proven expertise in leading development teams and delivering scalable business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and development of applications using Unqork (or similar low-code platforms).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.

- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practice implementation for the development team.

- Integrate Unqork applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of applications in a production environment.

- Stay updated with the latest low-code/no-code technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Unqork.

- Experience in Appian, Mendix, Pega.

- Strong understanding of low-code application architecture, workflows, and integration patterns.

- Experience in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and microservices integration.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide and mentor the development team.
