Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant UiPath Developer to manage, enhance, and support RPA production bots and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in UiPath, a strong understanding of automation lifecycle management, and the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure high availability of RPA systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio.

- Utilize UiPath Orchestrator for bot deployment, monitoring, scheduling, and performance tracking.

- Build and enhance automation scripts and integrations, leveraging VB.NET, C#, and scripting languages.

- Work with UiPath Document Understanding for intelligent document processing and automation integration.

- Use UiPath Process Mining tools for process discovery and optimization.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing automations, ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring issues, propose permanent fixes, and implement necessary code changes.

- Periodically review system health (e.g., disk space, server capacity) and recommend improvements.

- Maintain and update support handbooks, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams to capture requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions.

- Participate in incident management, including 24/7 support rotation, and maintain proactive communication on progress/issues.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce RPA coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 10 years of experience in RPA development, with strong expertise in UiPath.

- Proficient in VB.NET, C#, and automation scripting within Windows environments.

- Experience integrating UiPath Document Understanding and Process Mining into automation workflows.

- Proven ability to translate business workflows into automated solutions.

- Strong knowledge of incident and problem management, including RCA and system health monitoring.

- Familiarity with service management tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

- Experience leading and mentoring junior developers, ensuring adherence to RPA best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UiPath Developer / Advanced RPA Certification (Mandatory or highly preferred).

- Additional certification in other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is an advantage.

- Experience in VB scripting, Excel Macros, or related automation frameworks.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
