TalentCheckers is mandated to hire for a Lead UX/UI Designer for a fast-growing SaaS organization.

Location : Gurgaon

Work Mode : WFO

What Youll Do :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user behaviour and pain points.

- Design and optimize user journeys across responsive websites, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and complex dashboards.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams.

- Build pixel-perfect UI aligned with brand and usability guidelines.

- Lead and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

- Use data and feedback to iterate and improve product design.

What Were Looking For :

- Experience : 5+ years in UX/UI design

- Strong understanding of user-centred design, design thinking & accessibility principles

- Hands-on experience with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch

- Experience designing dashboards, mobile apps & responsive web applications

- Great communication skills and ability to justify design decisions

- Self-driven, innovative, and passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences
