Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven UI/UX design experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior design role.
- Strong command of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG/ADA/EAA).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent.
- Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design across web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Solid understanding of visual design systems, typography, colour theory, iconography, and motion/animation design.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements and user insights into scalable design strategies.
- Familiarity with design thinking, design sprints, and agile methodologies.
- Experience leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communicating design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in building and maintaining a design system or component library for large-scale products.
- Working knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Familiarity with design-to-dev handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, Storybook).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in design solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced agile environments.
