Lead Tosca Automation Test Engineer

Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Tosca automation initiatives across multiple projects.

- Design, develop, and maintain test cases and automation frameworks using Tosca.

- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.

- Work closely with development teams, BAs, and project managers to understand requirements.

- Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers; ensure best practices are followed.

- Execute and monitor automated test scripts to ensure high-quality output.

- Review existing automation frameworks and propose improvements.

- Analyze test coverage gaps; implement enhancements for full test coverage.

- Integrate Tosca automation within CI/CD pipelines for seamless DevOps workflows.

- Track and manage defects; collaborate with teams for timely resolution.

- Prepare daily/weekly status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall experience in Test Automation.

- Minimum 6 years of strong hands-on experience in Tosca Automation.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining Tosca test cases, modules, and execution lists.

- Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex automation issues.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel projects.

- Ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Familiarity with additional automation tools like Selenium, API testing tools, etc.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
