Lead - Technology Applications

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and microservices.

- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, and support hybrid/multi-cloud strategies involving Azure.

- Guide the development team to improve accuracy of code by using AI native development methodology.

- Guide fullstack development using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular for frontend, along with Python (Flask/Django) and PHP (Laravel/Symfony).

- Integrate OpenAI APIs to build intelligent features such as chatbots, summarization engines, recommendation systems, and content generation tools.

- Leverage GitHub for source control, collaboration, and automationincluding GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

- Mentor and manage a team of engineers including vendor resources, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices, code reviews, and GitHub workflows.

- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities and developer productivity.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).

- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular for fullstack development.

- Solid experience with Python (Flask/Django) and PHP (Laravel/Symfony).

- Advanced expertise in MySQL, including query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and schema design.

- Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, etc.).

- Advanced proficiency in GitHub for version control, AI native development, branching strategies, pull requests, and GitHub Actions.

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and other AI model APIs(e.g., GPT, embeddings, fine-tuning, moderation).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integrations.

- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GitHub (e.g., GitHub Actions Expert, AWS Solutions Architect).

- Experience with secure coding practices, including input validation, authentication/authorization, encryption, and OWASP guidelines.

- Familiarity with application security tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk, Veracode).

- Experience with serverless architectures, event-driven systems, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub Projects.

- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) is a plus.

- Experience in product engineering.
