Lead System Architect - Pega Platform

Responsibilities :

- Pega Expertise : Provide expert-level guidance on Pega platform architecture, rules engine, case management, and decisioning.

- Design & Solutions : Actively participate in designing solutions for Pega applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and align with business requirements.

- Code Quality : Lead design and code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain high-quality code standards.

- Hands-on Development : Remain hands-on with coding and development, tackling complex issues and implementing new features.

- Integrations : Drive the integration of Pega with external systems using various protocols like REST and SOAP.

- Performance Tuning : Perform performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications to ensure stability and speed.

- Cloud & Migration : Leverage experience with Pega Cloud Migration, including the ability to handle and resolve related challenges.

- Team Leadership : Coordinate and support the development team, ensuring smooth project execution and problem-solving.

- Methodology : Work within an Agile framework, contributing to sprints and project goals.

- Analysis & Debugging : Use strong analytical and debugging skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Communication : Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Pega Experience : 9-13 years of relevant experience with the Pega platform.

- Certification : Pega Lead System Architect (PLSA) certification is a must-have.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, rules, and case management.

- Hands-on experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP).

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization.

- Proven experience with Pega Cloud Migration.

Professional Skills :

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills.

- Experience in team coordination and support.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Domain Knowledge (Plus) : Knowledge of the Health Insurance domain is a significant advantage.
