Lead Solution Architect - TOGAF

Core Responsibilities :

- Lead technical design of AI-ready target architecture and integration models.

- Conduct in-depth as-is assessment of trading and data ecosystems.

- Develop future-state blueprint aligned with ADNOC Global Tradings 5-year strategy.

- Define modular, scalable, and cloud-native architecture patterns (Azure/AWS preferred).

- Own technical design artefacts and architecture governance.

- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to present and refine recommendations.

- Identify key dependencies, risks, and phased implementation roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years of architecture experience in commodities, energy, or financial domains.

- Proven expertise in high-throughput data platforms, algorithmic trading systems, and microservices architecture.

- Mastery in deal capture, risk workflows, and settlement/payment systems.

- TOGAF, AWS/Azure certifications preferred.

- Experience with Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, and container-based deployment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

- Arabic language skills a plus.
