Job Summary :

Our US Based Client is seeking a Solution Architect (Off Shore) with strong technical expertise in designing and implementing scalable applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), MySQL, PHP(Zend/Laravel) and AWS cloud services.

The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of application architecture, microservices design, and healthcare domain standards such as HIPAA and HL7/FHIR.

This role requires a blend of hands-on technical design and strategic architectural leadership, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Architect, Design and implement end-to-end solutions using the React JS, Node JS, PHP, MySQL, and MongoDB on AWS.

- Design microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures for scalability and performance.

- Define and document system architecture, data models, and integration patterns and third-party API integrations

Healthcare Domain Expertise :

- Understand and incorporate HIPAA-compliant architecture principles.

- Design solutions that integrate with EHR systems, FHIR APIs, and healthcare data workflows.

- Ensure data security, interoperability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Technical Leadership :

- Guide engineering teams through technical design, development, and deployment.

- Establish and enforce best practices for branching strategy and versioning in Git/Bitbucket repositories.

- Define and implement efficient branching and versioning standards using Git or Bitbucket.

- Implement standardized branching and version control practices across Git/Bitbucket repositories

- Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.

- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the product roadmap.

AWS Cloud Architecture :

- Design and manage solutions using AWS services (EC2/ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.).

- Design Application logging. Persistence and Archival/Log rotations

- Implement Code quality tools like SonarQube in CI/CD Pipelines

- Implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient architectures using AWS best practices.

- Set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and disaster recovery strategies.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.

- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverables.

- Ensure timely delivery with focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.

- Ensure application and infrastructure stability and uptime

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

- Deep understanding of AWS architecture and services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, SQS, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).

- Proven experience designing microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.

- Familiarity with Healthcare Interoperability Standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Node, React, PHP, MySQL

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).

- Experience with healthcare integrations (EHR, EMR, claims, or telehealth systems).

- Understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, Cognito).

- Exposure to data visualization and analytics tools.
