Description :

The Lead Solutions Architect AI Infrastructure & Private Cloud designs, deploys, and optimizes enterprise-grade AI and HPC solutions on private/hybrid cloud environments. The role focuses on HPE Private Cloud, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, container platforms (OpenShift, Rancher), HPC clusters, and AI/ML workloads, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and secure infrastructure. The person will also lead technical delivery, guide architecture decisions, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Technical Expertise :

- HPC & AI infrastructure (Slurm, PBS Pro, HPE/NVIDIA management tools)

- Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher)

- Linux administration & virtualization (RHEL/SLES/Ubuntu, KVM)

- GPU & AI workload optimization (NVIDIA GPU Operator, DCGM)

- Networking, storage protocols, cloud, DevOps/MLOps knowledge

Experience :

- 8 to 10+ years in HPC, AI/ML infrastructure, and hybrid/private cloud solutions

- Hands-on with enterprise AI deployment, scalable container platforms, and HPC clusters

- Proven track record leading complex technical projects

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and communication

- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value

- Leadership and mentoring experience

Certifications (desirable) :

- RHCSA/RHCE, CNCF (CKA/CKAD/CKS), NVIDIA AI Infrastructure certifications
