Job Description : Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to drive system design, architecture, and scalable engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems and services

- Lead system architecture and design discussions across teams

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery

- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and QA

- Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices

- Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 to 8 years of experience in software development

- Strong expertise in system design and architecture

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

- Exposure to high-scale systems or SaaS platforms
