Lead Software Engineer - React.js Frameworks

Description :

- Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and alignment with long-term product vision.

- Build and standardize reusable component libraries, custom hooks, and advanced state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).

- Translate complex business requirements into efficient, extensible frontend solutions.

- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

- Conduct in-depth code reviews, technical audits, and refactoring initiatives to reduce technical debt.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, provide technical leadership and hands-on support in critical problem-solving.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend architects to define technical roadmaps and delivery milestones.

- Participate in architectural discussions, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings as a frontend technical expert.

- Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.

- Responsible for Configuration Management and Release plan Documentation.

Project Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of frontend development experience, with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in React.js.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

- Strong experience in software development.

- Proven leadership experience in leading software development teams.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

- Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
