Position Summary :

Participates as a senior team member in the design, development, and maintenance of multi-tiered business applications. Individuals holding this position are expected to be mentors and work independently. This role interfaces with IT colleagues to evaluate complex business requirements and recommend solution options.

Analysis & Design :

- Participates in designing software solutions and prepares technical documentation.

- Participates and leads design reviews and contributes to product backlogs.

- Advocates adoption of Enterprise initiatives and applies design patterns to build secure, maintainable software.

Development :

- Mentors developers in the design and construction of complex business applications.

- Leads adoption of best practices, architectural principles, and security standards.

- Responsible for writing pre-deployment automated tests and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

Must Have Skills :

- C# or Python, SDLC workflow, CI/CD, Azure.

- AI Agent Implementation : Build and enhance AI agents using established patterns.

- Prompt and Instruction Authoring : Develop structured prompts balancing quality and efficiency.

- Human-in-the-Loop Workflow Support : Implement quality control in AI workflows.

- Cost-Aware AI Usage : Apply FinOps principles to optimize AI-related costs.

- AI Output Validation : Write tests for AI-generated artifacts.
